  • Services Provided: Revive Day Spa provides a variety of facial and body massage services, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, foot massage, cupping, stone massage, and moxibustion massage. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Booking and Cancellations:
    • Appointments must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee or for the full service amount.
    • Revive Day Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing: Prices for services are clearly listed on our website, and these may be subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will be communicated to clients before booking.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, cash, and other secure payment methods provided through our payment processing system. All payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

This includes but is not limited to, pregnancy, heart conditions, joint issues, or any other conditions that may require special attention.
  • Consultations: A consultation may be required before your first treatment, especially if you have health concerns. This ensures that we provide the safest and most effective service tailored to your needs.
  • Personal Items: Revive Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Clients are advised to keep their valuables in a secure place during their visit.
  • Service Modification: We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse to perform any service if it is deemed unsafe for the client, or if the client’s health condition or behavior prohibits us from safely performing the treatment.

Client Responsibilities

  • Arrival Time: Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and full service charges will apply.
  • Behavioral Expectations: We expect all clients to behave respectfully and appropriately during their visit. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service and removal from the spa.
  • Consent: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you consent to receiving the treatments and services described on our website and that you have provided truthful information regarding your health and any contraindications that may affect your ability to receive the services.
